Ban Washington liquor ads urged by Annapolis taxpayer
An Annapolis taxpayer filed suit in Anne Arundel County Circuit Court seeking a temporary injunction against the Annapolis Capital Gazette Press to bar advertising by out of state liquor dealers. The suit claims Maryland law limits personal purchases to at most one quart at a time and two quarts per month for personal use, and accuses the Gazette of inviting violations.
