Rail plan hearings set for January on state freight lines
Two public hearings will discuss the 1984 85 Draft State Rail Plan including operating trends on state supported freight rail lines and capital projects for six years. Hearings are 7 pm Wednesday Jan 2 in Frederick and 2 pm Thursday Jan 3 in Cambridge. Arthur Ouslander will present with comments invited.
