Aaron Rosenstock prominent canned goods maker and former Frederick clothing merchant died at Union Memorial Hospital Baltimore at about 6 30 a m after several months of illness. He was sixty nine years old and had recent treatment recommended. He led Frederick City Packing Company and owned a show estate east of Frederick on the Baltimore pike. He served in local business, politics, and fraternal groups. Funeral will be Monday at 2 p m from Marlborough Apartments Baltimore with burial in the family lot.

James Everhart about 20 was arrested by County Constable Charles W. Smith on a charge of beating a board bill and lodged in jail pending payment. Charges by a Walkershikie family. Edward Hopp of Emmitsburg was held on $400 bail after a Waynesboro magistrate hearing for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated following an Monterey accident that injured two girls and a Chambersburg man. Lawson Alexander, near Mt Tabor, was injured Thursday when his left fingers were badly cut while sawing wood with a circular saw.
