Mount Airy planning panel denied William Kessler’s plan to convert a two story frame house at 3095 Main St into an antique shop after he failed to meet prior conditions. The panel cited a required 25 foot driveway to accommodate two vehicles and noted national standards call for at least 18 feet for a two car width.
