Hagerstown man and youth held after car theft probe
A 22 year old Hagerstown man and his 15 year old companion were held for investigation by city police after being linked to a reported car theft. They carried a bag with gloves and girls anklets similar to items taken in Hancock. Washington County authorities planned further questioning about the Hancock robbery. Meanest Thief Steals Penny Banks From Frederick Sunday School
