Frederick News Post and County Schools forge partnership
The Frederick News Post signs a partnership with Frederick County Public Schools under the Partnership of Education with Business and Industry program. The agreement funds free classroom newspapers, plant tours, an Excellence in Journalism contest and luncheon, a Design-An-Ad contest for fifth and sixth graders, ongoing weekly features Frederick Youth Post and Freddies Place for Kids, and continued Homework Hotline support.
