Claus copter lands as Santa visits Frederick High
Santa arrived Friday at Frederick High School in a red white helicopter that impressed Parkway Elementary pupils though some wondered about Rudolph. The event kicks off Frederick High’s Santa Workshop drawing about 4,000 visitors with elves, crafts, a petting zoo, a giant eight foot square greeting card, and a mailbox for letters to Santa. Donations from local businesses funded the day with a helicopter ride donated by Advanced Helicopter Concepts and a limousine provided by Classic Limousine.
