Magistrate Critics Christmastide Traffic Case At Seventh and Market
Magistrate Wither F Sheffield denounced the Christmas tree site at Seventh and Market as causing traffic hazards. In court two drivers Howard Stanley Davis Jr and Carl William White were acquitted of red light violations after conflicting testimonies about color of the signal. Lookingbill received 90 days for driving while license was revoked and striking an unattended car. Others faced sentences for shoplifting and disorderly conduct.
