Wolfe guilty of murder in Frederick slaying
Harold Richard Wolfe Jr., 29, was convicted of first degree murder in the shotgun death of Gail Darlene Phoebus, 32, in their Frederick home on West Sixth Street. A seven to five jur y returned the verdict after about two hours. Sentencing set for Feb. 22 with a pre sentence report ordered.
