Bandit fires acid in store robbery in Buckeystown
A masked gunman bound three victims with tape at Tony's Carry-Out near Md 85 and Manor Woods Road before pouring acid on them and fleeing with about 400 dollars. Victims including proprietor William Slade and his family were treated for burns. police seek a black man, 6 1 to 6 3, 175 pounds, about 25, blue jeans and brown gloves. Separate fire injuries in Woodsboro injured two youths, and Frederick Police reported multiple other arrests during the weekend.

A 31-year-old Montgomery father, David Cromlish, is charged with murder after stabbing his wife Eileen Cromlish 32 and their 18 month old child with kitchen knives during a Sunday attack in their split level home. The wife died Monday at Montgomery General Hospital.
