A car carrying five music students and teacher Miss Dorothy J. Quade from Mt. Etna Academy near Hagerstown crashed on U.S. 40 west of Frederick when the driver apparently dozed and left the roadway. All victims were treated and released from Frederick Memorial Hospital. damages to the 1950 Mercury were about 250 dollars. Trooper Elmer L. Baum set the case for trial next Saturday at Trial Magistrate's court.
