Panel studies five areas to ease Frederick County schools crowding
Frederick County schools face crowding with enrollment at 101 percent of capacity on average and some buildings at 110 to 130 percent. A five- area study proposed by a citizen committee includes year round schooling, alternative scheduling, facility redesign, additional funding sources, and curriculum changes.
