From The Montgomery Bureau A 25 year old Olney woman is in critical condition at Suburban Hospital after her car ran off the road and struck a tree on Georgia Avenue. Police cited speed driver error and weather. Jacqueline Marie Shrader and her two children ages 3 and 4 were northbound on Georgia Avenue at 10 26 am when the crash occurred. The children were taken to Children’s Hospital with lacerations and bruises.
