Local 4-H Meeting Ends Year with Achievements and Plans
Long Corner 4-H at the home of Mrs. Mary Frances Gosnell marks the last meeting of the year with two new members Diane Constantine and Alberta Peggy Avenurvin. Members saved 240 Betty Crocker coupons for the Howard Chapel W.S.C.S. and chose projects for the coming year. The gathering included Achievement Night with pins and awards, a Christmas tree decoration, and a note that the next meeting will be January 21, 1961 at Barbara Hardy’s.
