Auto Theft Suspect Fined After Unauthorized Ride
Adam Robinson of Frederick was fined 30 days in jail after taking a Ford belonging to Mr Horine without consent along with Matt Younking and Harry Jennings. Younking paid 20 fine plus costs and Jennings 10 plus costs for entering the car. They claimed Poole told them to take a spin, but they damaged an axle and a fence. The owner did not seek heavy penalties. repairs will be paid by the two youths. Sheriff Roderick made the arrests. Harp represented the accused.
