Accident injures three on South Jefferson Street
Three people were injured when two vehicles struck a truck crossing Jefferson Street at 5 18 p m Friday Frederick City Police said Harry Melvin Wheeler of Coates North Carolina drove a Chevy truck across Jefferson Street toward the U S 15 on ramp and collided with the other vehicle Wheeler his sister Hazel Alter of Myersville and David G Tucker of Frederick were taken to Frederick Memorial Hospital with Wheeler and Alter reported to be under evaluation Tucker treated and released injuries not fully detailed the accident under ongoing investigation
