Super sale of Stup estate draws to close
Frederick auctioneer Delbert Null wrapped up a three day estate sale at the Frederick Fairgrounds for Charlie Stup. Bidders from Florida to Maine bought an array of items including Indian artifacts and Abraham Lincoln signatures. A Norman Rockwell painting dedicated to Stup was found and suggested for donation to a Washington scouting group. The sale saw 300 registered buyers and more than 500 in attendance, with no major disputes.
