Roadwork on Route 70S delays finish until spring
State Roads Commission advances shoulder and resurfacing on Route 70S between Frederick and the Washington area. Crews, led by Thomas G. Mohler, face weather setbacks delaying completion of southbound shoulders before winter closing. Project spans 16.6 miles from Buckeystown to Germantown Road with South Jersey Construction Company handling the $2,115,901.60 contract.
