Frederick man stabbed in daytime street robbery
Frederick police report a 20 year old man, Demond D. Thrower of Phobus Avenue, stabbed once in the right side during a daytime robbery on West All Saints Street. He was listed in critical but stable condition after treatment at Washington County Hospital. Police described two Black male suspects in their 30s. no arrests yet. The scene was cordoned off as officers canvassed the neighborhood.
