Rolle thanks program supporters for Youthful Offender effort
Frederick County officials honored a wide range of participants in the Youthful Offender Program as the program marked progress since its fall start. State's Attorney Scott Rolie noted 44 juveniles completed the program with three reoffenders, while program director Donald Mulkerin praised positive feedback from parents and school staff. The ceremony recognized law enforcement personnel, defense attorneys, prosecutors, educators, and volunteers across multiple components including consequences of actions, Jessup inmates, sex education, substance abuse, and shock trauma unit segments, with thanks to local officials and contributors.
