October and November permits totaled 1609 where many projects were low cost like sheds hog pens and home additions. Major dwellings at Renner road and Martz road each valued at 15000 plus numerous other residences and service stations were approved. November saw 15 new housekeeping units five additions and 36 900 in repairs along with a 20000 drive in theater and a 9000 religious building permit for a grand total of 189050.
