Daniel McDaniel Given Fifteen-Year Sentence
McDaniel was found guilty of robbery and sentenced by Judge Urner to 15 years. Prosecutors produced four witnesses who identified him as the bank robber, while the defense tried to show alibi gaps. McDaniel admitted living in Takoma Park and claimed the money found on him was his savings.
