Daly Survives Attempted Robbery At Coleman House

New York December 5. Pint Daly famed for Long Branch gambling rooms was shot at in a Coleman house room by two masked men while Addie Stanton aided. Daly, hit in the head but uninjured, fought back and escaped to a drugstore where police were alerted. He reported $93,000 in bonds and $3,000 in cash plus diamonds and a watch were at risk in the attack.
