Truck Owned Here Causes Fatal Harm in Bolivar
A Frederick owned tealback truck, driven by Virgil C. Hoover, struck a back wagon carrying George Twyman and two others near Bolivar W Va. Twyman died from a fractured skull and neck while James Hall and Milton Twyman were injured. The wagon carried freshly butchered meat and the horse was unhitched. Hoover is held in Charles Town jail on a charge of manslaughter. Cecil C. Stephen of Frederick named as owner. An inquest was deemed unnecessary by Commonwealth attorney John P. Porter.
