Second Mile Awards Honor Frederick County Leaders
The annual Frederick County event recognized Mrs Patricia Throne and groups including Hot Line and the Human Relations Council for community service. Banners designed by Katherine Brankow celebrated teamwork with a motto on unity. New officers were elected for Frederick Churches United and banners will be shown at local colleges and libraries.
