Arctic air chills the region with a 15 degree reading at Frederick and Unionville. Expect highs in the upper 20s to low 30s, then a teens or lower night with northwest winds 10 to 20 mph easing later. Sunday's outlook calls for clear skies and continued cold, no snow.
