Emergency crews and a patient traveling to Frederick Memorial Hospital escaped injury when an ambulance driven by Isabelle Joyce Vincent collided with an ALS unit driven by Connie Ray Sayer after turning onto Kempton Court. The backing maneuver caused the crash. both vehicles sustained minor damage and no charges were filed.
