Library circulation rises as usage climbs across system

C Burr Artz Library and five branches report 355243 materials circulated from July to October, up 16 percent from last year, and 924815 in fiscal year 1995, up 7 percent. Rudolph and Frosty Join Frederick Christmas Parade
