False assault report clears Pen Mar aftermath and inquiry
State Police labeled the Wednesday claim by Charles Ensor of Pen Mar as a false report after officials found no match for the described 23-year-old suspect. Ensor’s leg wound came during a Wednesday Fort Ritchie dispute, but Trooper Baum said the robbery never occurred and Ensor was in an argument with a woman. Authorities withheld charges pending military disposition at Fort Ritchie. Washington Census rankings place the city as the ninth largest, with St Louis following. The Coast Guard remains under Treasury in peace but would move to Navy in war.
