Baltimore November 30 Gov McKeldin urged the State Roads Commission to realign its structure by placing the chief engineer in direct control of the right of way department the traffic division and the advisory engineer The Green Commission on State Programs Organization and Finance had proposed the changes and recommended abolishing the three member commission in favor of a roads department led by a governor appointed director with an advisory board The governor noted immediate attention could be given to the lineup while major changes await General Assembly action
