Trustees may adopt state program to aid library system
Frederick County Public Library trustees consider adopting a state program to guide long range planning for library services. The five year plan uses patron surveys by phone and in-library, analyzes book categories, and forms a mission to shape purchasing, weeding, and services. A state grant funds the effort with University of Maryland backing, and a county survey is planned for October.
