Appeals board approves Rodericks auto business in Locust View Farms
Frederick County Board of Appeals granted a special exception for Harry W. and Deborah Roderick to operate an automobile and related services business on Thurston Road in Locust View Farms. Conditions limit to three vehicles, rear storage, and Monday through Saturday hours 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. with no Sunday operation. Neighbors supported the move, while opponents argued against commercial activity in the area.
