Alleged Forger Will Return to United States
Charles E Forbes alias Irving W Humphrey, extradition requested by the United States government for forgery, has waived rights and expressed willingness to return. Forbes, former confidential cashier for G W Cole & Co of New York, was arrested in December on charges of forgery against his employers totaling 25040 dollars.
