Mr J Milton Toms returns to Hagerstown after visiting relatives nearby. Misses Lou and Daisy Wachter go home to Delaware Ohio after visiting here. Miss Steele of Richmond visits friends near Frederick. Misses Ciingan and Harriet Hagan return from York ord Hanover Pa. Miss Eatla Goldsborough from Walkersville visits relatives near Shepherdstown West Virginia. A resident from the Eastern Shore has returned home after a summer in Frederick county. Police Justice Eckstein is in Baltimore. Mrs Eanmond returns from Hagerstown. Misses Maud and Mariel Strasberg, Miss Daisy Eline of Frederick, and Miss Marjorie Prince of Baltimore visit Miss Kine and return home. Miss Annie Long of Baltimore stays at Carlin House with her brother P. E. Long. Miss Anna Nusa returns from East Church Street after a brief Elerton visit. The lectures and concert committees near completion of the winter course with high talent secured. Secretary Saunders will answer inquiries. Religious Committee meeting tonight demands full attendance. Mr F W Lang, formerly state of the district committee, West Virginiis, Maryland, and District of Colam ts, visits Frederick on state work interests. Picnics noted at the Loaun's Orphan Jauies with children sent to the fair grounds by Hardt, Keefer, and Carty. Mr and Mrs S E Winebrenner, Mrs J B W Hargett, the Misses Weiner, and Miss Marie Gittinger picnic today at Kel Mar.
A dance will be held in Junior Hall tonight under the auspices of a city young men committee. New music is being prepared by Rhodes Orchestra for the occasion.
