Bloodmobile nets 175 units at largest turnout in five years
The Red Cross Bloodmobile at Evangelical Lutheran Church on Aug. 21 collected 175 units from 194 registrants. Of those, 14 were deferred and five unsuccessful. Organizers praised the record turnout amid a whole-blood shortage, noting processing delays and donors waiting up to two hours.
