Frederick Hunters Fined for Trespassing
After pleading guilty last night to trespassing on Joy L. Hyndman’s lands, one paid $10 plus $1.05 costs each. W. Harry Haller and J. Frank Eisenhauer were found not guilty on Oliver Wren’s premises near Frederick. They admitted hunting on Hyndman’s land but argued prior permission. Wren, who prohibits hunting on his lands, noted his satisfaction with the ruling to deter future incursions. Of the $20 Hyndman fine, half went to the former landowner.
