Office complex planned at Walkersville site
A 6 acre portion of a 10.5 acre parcel across from Glade Village is eyed for Walkersville’s largest office complex to be built by C.G.R. Partnership. Plans call for 74,000 sq ft plus 444 parking spaces in a phased development with reduced parking rules under review by the planning commission. Local landowner Charles Nicodemus notes the project would be a first class asset, possible tenants unknown, and sewer access expected to hinge on fall 1991 capacity upgrades.
