Russian roulette blamed in death of Guardian Angel
A Guardian Angels recruit, Dorian Brown, 19, died during a Russian roulette game at the group’s Kent Village office in Landover Maryland. Police say he placed a .357 magnum to his head and pulled the trigger, with two other Angels recruits present. Four witnesses fled after the shot, and the group faced accusations of involvement with drug dealers amid demonstrations and calls for accountability. Curtis Sliwa apologized for rushing statements and praised police inquiry while promising protests against drug activity in Prince George's County.
