Frederick County elections fear funds fall short this year
Frederick County election officials warn they may run out of money to cover primary and general election costs. The board's budget is about 240000, but budget officer Diane Penn says inflation and past-year spending require more. Money may be transferred between accounts, with a fifth clerk hoped to be added by 1991 if available.
