Transfers include A Irvin Renn to Frederick Holler Rink Inc on about 82 acres along Highland street for about 10000 dollars, Alden Fisher to George W Brachey on Ridge Road for around 1500, and County Properties Inc to Glen E Nielsen on Grave Lane for about 50 million. Other transfers include Elgie DeBerry to Harold Caswell in Linden Hills for about 9500, a Mt Airy sale on Hill street for around 6000 to James H Mercer, and Elizabeth Winn Matthenson from James D Lowery's power for about 5500. A deed to the State Roads Commission covers two lots on Apple Avenue, and a one-year option for Hargett's Addition exists.
