Police Seek Parents Of Abandoned Infant In Baltimore Yard
Baltimore police search for the parents of an abandoned infant found in a yard in Caton. A bystander reported hearing noises while the baby lay wrapped in a blanket before being discovered by Patsy Simms’ mother Mrs Margaret Simms. Doctors said the infant appeared healthy though the case remains under investigation.

Rules On Collection Insurance Commissions
Baltimore August 24 The State Insurance Department announced it is illegal for automobile dealers to collect commissions for insurance on installment bought cars. Deputy commissioner Hazelton A Joyce said a ruling from Attorney General Hall Hammond will lead to a public notice setting a cessation date. Hammond says packaging insurance into monthly payments violates Maryland law against rebates on insurance.
