Plotter Says Germany Must Pay For Explosions
Dr. Paul Altendorf, an alleged American secret service agent speaking from a Mexican City base, claims Germany funded and planned the Kingston Island and Black Tom munition explosions of 1917. He identifies a German alleged perpetrator and says proving the deeds will force Germany to cover damages and lives lost. Altendorf reports prior detainment in Mexico and difficulties entering the United States while seeking citizenship and refuge from Mexican authorities.
