Pa couple seeks 200-dog kennel near Frederick landfill
James and Karla Maynes of Bucking ham PA submitted plans to Frederick County for a 25 acre kennel on Reichs Ford Road north of Bartonsville Road near the landfill. The project needs a special exception and zoning approval with a county Board of Appeals hearing set for 7 p.m. August 25 at Winchester Hall. If approved it would be largest kennel in the county and region.
