Youngster Fined For Speeding On Frederick Freeway
A 11 year old boy was charged with exceeding 60 miles an hour, reckless driving, and operating without a license on the Frederick Free way Thursday morning. The court fined several others, including Allen George Cooper for speeding on U.S 40, and Calvin Wesley Coran found not guilty on a separate charge.
