Doctor Frey of Cedaredge Named Rural Health Practitioner of the Year
In Cedaredge Colorado a 70 year old doctor, Dr Charles Teissier Frey, has been named rural health practitioner of the year by the National Rural Health Care Association. A former New Orleans trained physician who chose small town practice over elite urban work, Frey runs a voluntary billing policy and serves patients largely on generosity and community support.
