Sentence Suspended for 1&8 Year Old Driver at Bad Intersection
Magistrate H Reese Shoemaker postponed the sentence and costs for a driver aged 1&8 charged with failing to grant the right of way at U.S. 340 and Butterfly Lane after noting limited visibility. Long said soldiers in the other car admitted speeding, and Shoemaker warned the driver of automatic guilt for emerging from a side lane.
