Strike may end soon as miners pressed for return

Philadelphia reports a plan by the Philadelphia and Reading Coal and Iron Company to resume operations in the lower Schuylkill district within ten days, amid talks with District Superintendents Nicholls and Fahey and Mine Workers' Union leaders.
