District 38 races show mixed campaign reports
Campaign finance figures reveal Del. James E McClellan and Del. Boyd Smith occupying two District 38 seats with totals over 22 thousand dollars. Stup faces Marie May in the GOP primary as Respess competes for a 3 B delegate seat. Stup's report lists many small donors while Stup's treasurer says lumping contributed to convenience. McClellan reports thirty seven thousand five hundred forty four dollars in funds, including from a June fund raiser, and twenty three thousand five hundred six dollars in balance after expenditures of fourteen thousand and change. Reports from incumbent Del Smith and GOP challenger Seth Stein were not available.
