Tobeytown Man Pays His Fine Avoids Jail
Robert D. Johnson, 57, of Tobeytown, paid 165 dollars in fines after a Magistrate's Court guilty verdict on three motor vehicle charges. He was fined 150 dollars or 45 days for operating a vehicle under the influence, 15 dollars or 10 days for driving an unoccupied car, and 15 dollars for failure to reduce speed with a 15-dollar fine suspended.
