Journey of Hope cyclists promote disability awareness
A team of 17 Pi Kappa Phi cyclists, including Kenny Capps of the University of Georgia, arrived in Frederick on the final leg of the Journey of Hope. The tour, begun in 1988 by PUSH America, aims to raise awareness for people with disabilities. Stops include puppet shows and visits to centers for the disabled, with riders learning from the experiences of those they meet.
